Soup Preparation

  1. Recommended Meat to Go With: 1 pigeon or 300gm of lean meat or 300gm of pork ribs
  2. Steps:
  • Soften Lily Bulbs & Lotus Seeds by soaking separately beforehand
  • Place herbs & meats in 1500 ml of boiling water & bring to boil again
  • Simmer on low heat for 1½ hours
  • Add in Rose & prepared lily bulbs at the last 5 minute
  • Seasoning (optional): Add salt to taste
